Kyle knew he had to get some things fixed up on his car. Some of the belts needed to be replaced, and more importantly, he wanted to have an exhaust leak checked out. He had never been to Bill's Quality Auto Care before, but he had heard good things and saw nothing but great reviews online.
"I made an appointment easily over the phone and was able to have my car worked on a Saturday," Kyle says.
Kyle brought his vehicle to Bill's Quality Auto Care's 6,000 square foot shop on Donville Avenue in Simi Valley. We took it in and performed an inspection on the parts in question. It was clear some of the belts needed to be replaced. Then, our repair team reviewed the exhaust leak to determine the problem and find the right solution.
"After leaving my car for a couple hours, I was contacted and updated with what was wrong with my car." Kyle says. "I was given a quote with a fair price and a few hours later the work was finished."
