Had repairs done to my car on 2/26/2019. Being a previous satisfied customer I had my car towed to Bills Quality Auto Care because my coolant hoses broke. Brought it in at 11:30 and Adam was finished with the repairs at 3:45. Took advantage of the free shuttle service. Jill and Laura and the shuttle driver were very professional and pleasant. Highly recommend Bill’s Quality Care.
Every time I go there I feel like family. They treat you with respect. If anything doesn’t feel right or seems off. Just ask them about it. They will always do what is necessary to make sure you are completely happy with their service before you leave. They are honest and they have great techs there. Kyle and Josh are my two favorites. Alex and Lora are the two service writers they are fantastic.

Wonderful, honest mechanics and a clean environment make Bill’s Quality Auto a place to go for any automotive repair (not a bodyshop.) I have taken my car in a few times and they always do a superior job. I get my car back when promised and I’ve never had an issue. I highly recommend this shop, they won’t disappoint.

I’ve tried a lot of different mechanics, but NO ONE comes close to the quality of workmanship I continually receive from Bill’s Quality Auto Care. Moreover, their staff is friendly and beyond professional…Alex, is exceptional at his job by taking his time going through every little detail of the results of the diagnostics so you know exactly what needs to be done to get your vehicle up and running in tip top condition. Bottom line is I will continue to use Bill’s Quality Auto Care for all of my automotive needs.
